FOR Deanne Stagg and the Wickedly Deevine team it’s all about people — and great food.
She and husband Wayne have been keeping Kyabramites full for the past nine years and said they’ve served a surprising number of visitors.
“We enjoy the friendships we’ve made over the years and we’re constantly surprised by the amount of visitors to the town we have through the door,” Deanne Stagg said.
She said there’s no secret to their success, just making sure to cater for everyone who walks through the door, whether it’s for a quick bite or catering for an event.
“We make sure to create a warm atmosphere in the cafe and there’s always something new in the cabinet,” she said.
“We have a range of ‘fit’ meals which suit people who are following strict diets, new items on the breakfast menu and some of our usual items.
“But if anyone is after a special request item, just come in and ask. At one end of the counter you can get a fit meal and at the other we’ve got cherry ripe slices.”
If you’re looking for more than just your lunchtime pick-me-up, Wickedly Deevine also makes specialty cakes and desserts as well as offering catering for events.
