Barb Kitto takes people through the motions of Tai Chi.

Tatura residents embraced the opportunity to learn the relaxing exercise of Tai Chi with Barb Kitto on Friday at the community house.

The free hour-long session is part of Greater Shepparton City Council’s Activities In The Park program for the summer encouraging people to get outdoors and active.

Tai Chi for Health helps improve your balance, muscle strength, posture and flexibility. It reduces anxiety and stress.

For those who missed out it will return to the Tatura Community House lawn this Friday from 12.15pm to 1.15pm.
