Several Australian animals could be spotted in the playground at Tatura Primary School last week.

Levi Bowles, 8, Claudia Hahnel, 7, Jhett Parker, 7, and Emma Lenne, 7, looked fantastic in their Australian animal costumes.

Jamie Hall, 8, Charlotte Ross, 8, and Madison Steele, 8, were very pleased with their koala creations.

Tatura Primary School students Xala Kilgour, Adison Tyler and Phoebe Hall looked as cute as a button in their Australian animal outfits last week.

If you peeked inside Tatura Primary School on Friday last week you might have been mistaken and thought it was an Australian wildlife park.

Students dressed up as their favourite Australian animal and they took part in a grand parade at the morning’s assembly.

From koalas to kangaroos there was a variety of native animal costumes on display.

The children then took part in activity rotations during the morning.
